Jaya Bachchan to reveal about the 'biggest baby' of the family!

Today marks Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's 51st wedding anniversary. They are a legendary pair in Bollywood. The famous pair made the decision to get married and advance their relationship years ago on June 3, 1973—exactly today. As one of the most well-known pairs, the pair is a wonderful illustration of what real love and mutual growth in a partnership entail.

After more than 50 years of marriage, the couple is relishing every second of being grandparents. However, the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress has previously referred to Amitabh Bachchan as the family's "biggest baby" in a previous conversation.

 

Jaya Bachchan made an early appearance with her daughter Shweta Bachchan at the popular discussion program Koffee With Karan 2, hosted by Karan Johar. Karan questioned Jaya and Shweta about their disagreements throughout the talk.

 

To this, Shweta told, “Everything I think". Upon hearing this response, Jaya smiled and told, “We don’t fight; we get angry.” While Shweta chimed in, “We fight, mumma. Don’t sugarcoat it.” Jaya added, “We bang phones.”

 

Funny enough, Shweta corrected her mother, saying, “You bang phones. If I bang the phone, mumma will call me and say, ‘You are much younger than me, how can you bang the phone on me?’ and then she will bang the phone.”

 

After hearing the exchange, Karan comically concluded that Bachchan was attempting to dominate by "banging the phone thing." The director of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai also mentioned how he believed the guys to be the "quieter members of the family" in the Bachchan household. Jaya refuted this, saying, "Not at all."

 

Shweta didn’t agree with this, and Jaya surprisingly went on to ask her, “They are quiet? Abhishek is quiet?" Turning towards the show host, she disclosed, “Abhishek talks non-stop. He has an opinion on everything.”

 

She continued to express her mother's viewpoint, saying that Abhishek Bachchan is "smooth" and "butters up everyone." She, on the other hand, finds herself outside the forest since she is opinionated about everything. “When he sits with mumma, he is like, ‘You’re right, mumma’. And when he is with dad, he is like, ‘You’re right, dad.’ He is not offensive. He jumps whenever convenient,” told Shweta.

 

"The biggest baby takes more attention than anyone else," Jaya Bachchan said, referring to the guys in the family.” 'No,' Jaya said to Karan when he questioned if it was Abhishek. Jaya nodded and grinned as Karan said Amitabh Bachchan's name. Shweta concurred with her as well.
