The movie Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi, is running in theatre now. The Atlee-directed movie has dominated the box office since it opened. Ridhi Dogra, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, and others make up the film's strong female cast. In the movie, Ridhi Dogra plays Shah Rukh's adopted mother, Kaveri Amma. Her persona is the subject of countless Twitter memes. Now the actress is responding to them!
Fans couldn't help but point out that Kaveri Amma, the character played by Ridhi Dogra in Jawan, was also the name of Shah Rukh's adopted mother in his 2004 film Swades. The seasoned actress Kishori Ballal played Kaveri Amma in Swades. One Twitter user created a humorous meme comparing the Kaveri Ammas from Swades and Jawan. Ridhi Dogra responded to the meme by writing, "Hahahahaaha stop it guys," followed with a number of laughing emojis.
In the meantime, another Twitter user wrote, “@iRidhiDogra @Atlee_dir Atlee sir why you make my crush Kaveri amma.....” to which Ridhi reacted with laughing emoji. Another netizen tweeted, “You are kaveri Amma at age 38.but,I have a doubt about your age.can you clarify?” to which Ridhi hilariously replied, “I’m 15.” Another fan wrote, “Love you Kaveri Amma,” to which Ridhi replied, “Lol. No thanks beta.”
